Hi Dr. Lam,

If one is suffering from stage 3 adrenal fatigue and has a concurrent high heavy metal load (lead and mercury) - which would no doubt be contributing to the adrenal dysfunction - which of the two conditions should be addressed first?

Would focusing on strengthening the adrenals help with removal of the heavy metals or would trying to remove the heavy metals while in late stage AF crash the adrenals?
