I have a hard time believing that fiber is absolutely BAD for you. If you aren't supposed to eat the majority of your diet with fruits and greens, which are high in fiber, then what else??

Maybe I've been wrong about fiber in my case. I don't know for sure, but I'm beginning to take some Bentonite clay, and Vitamineral Earth to clean my colon out now and relieve constipation. I really hope it works.
