Whoa, that does sound like a fast track to ending the misery.
I wouldn't last an hour doing that.
As much as I think I want to clear and understand myself, I'm not even sure I could figure what it all meant after I did it. Metaphors aren't easy for everyone.
Maybe that's why some people don't come back psychologically from a hard lesson/journey because they didn't understand it. Yikes.
Although it happens anyway... daily....slowly.
I am getting a better at noticing patterns, I will get un-stuck.
