Everyone is different, but when I first started doing liver flushes I would feel sick for days after. People on CZ kept teling me I needed to do a parasite cleanse first. So I did Humaworm, killed tons of bugs (which lab testing said I had none of!) then went back to the liver cleanse. It made all the difference. I was no longer ill from the liver flushes.
