Yes, books, tapes etc. I can't even go to a class because I get bored.
Finally 8 years ago I decided to get a personal trainer and I work out twice a week.
If I don't do it this way I just will have an excuse not to go.
At a resort in FL I can go to classes for FREE every day,
something FREE usually helps but I went twice to water exercise classes, once to yoga and realized that I just have to spend money and have people come to my house. Believe it or not I never skip.
