 I see that coleus is in your Thyroid formula, and I'm wondering if there's enough coleus in it to make a true impact on all health benefits listed above or if taking coleus separately would be suitable.

Coleus works by raising cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels.  Zizyphus seed, the main ingredient in the formula also increases cAMP levels.  And the formula is designed to block the enzyme that breaks down the cAMP, cyclic adenosine monophosphate phosphodiesterase (cAMPPDE), prolonging the effects of the cAMP.
