I'm thinking also maybe the Epsom Salts don't help at all in this. They taste absolutely disgusting and by the time I've drunk the 4th lot to be honest I feel half sick anyway! I was thinking using those liver tinctures from SensibleHealth that people from here use a lot in preperation for the flush to decongest the liver and soften the stones first (gold coin grass and chinese bitters). This way I could leave out the Epsom Salts . Has many people had a good flush doing it this way? Maybe I wouldn't feel sick after taking the oil drink, unless it is solely the oil that is making my sick and nothing to do with the Epsom Salts ...
