Honestly, I think so. Depending on how bad you had it. After taking kefir and chlorella for a couple weeks my white tongue disappeared for good! My belief is that killing candida should be taken in an approach to make the body uninhabitable or unfavorable for the candida to live and it will leave i.e good bacteria, alakine, fiber, etc.
