Hi all,
I have recently starting making my own kefir with grains from Dom. I've added them to a regime of Sf722, vit c, mag, b vits, omega 3s, digestive enzymes. My question is has anyone ever cured Candida with kefir alone. Thing is I'm just so over die off, my main symptom being vaginitis, not sure how much more I can take. I'm considering just taking the kefir alone with some vitamins, omega 3s and mag which I need cos I had bad muscle tension, especially in the pelvic floor. I figure it would take longer but more gentle approach? i'm also thinking maybe the sf722 is killing the good yeast in the kefir.

I alreAdy have good signs. Have been drinking kefir for 2 days and already had the healthiest BM I have had in a long time today. Any input appreciated.
