..I found it just before going to bed last night and wanted to post it, in case someone else has or can find more information ASAP. Just in case they are correct.

I also want to make clear that I don't know whether it's true either, and am not familiar with the EU Times nor their track record.

Also, I knew I wouldn't have time to look into it myself until probably later today, (more than 24 hours after posted here)-

So in case anyone else wants to check into it- go for it.
