 Not to be argumentative, but if the body is deficient in redox enzymes then there is nothing for ozone to stimulate. I am only speaking from personal experience in that treatments really caused a lot of problems (detoxification) as my levels of glutathione and SOD were low. 

Here is an interesting study that found chemotherapy raising SOD levels,  not reducing it:

"The effect of treatment on SOD levels in leukaemic patients has been shown in [Table - 3]. The mean SOD levels were observed to be elevated but not to the normal level among the treated patients as compared to that of the corresponding untreated patients of the AML and CML, indicating the response to chemotherapy."

SOD levels were found to already be lowered prior to the chemotherapy, which may have been from the cancers themselves.  So there is still a lot of unanswered questions to be be investigated as to chemotherapy and antioxidant enzymes.
