Kind words indeed,

but this is not the chrisb1 water-fasting-support-forum, and where most other members also make a much-valued contribution here as well.
I notice the numerous disagree votes on many of the posts in this thread, so my efforts are not appreciated by all it seems!!!

(edit): As the saying goes: "you can please some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time".

Such is life !!
