i think i got the 12/5mgx180 that is the one that was free shipping or something so i will have to take alot to get the same mg that i was taking then

i dont mind the taste of the lugos it is the empty stomach part or waiting an hour to eat, i was getting up at like 3 or 4 am to mix the lugos and water and then heading back to bed till 6 but that isnt working these days, i cant figure out when else to take it....i need it and notice a difference from missing to many doses back to sluggish


felt really good when i was more consistant with taking supplements and iodine, thought the tabs would help but now not sure
