Many thanks for your insight! i had thought similar concerns myself when the health food shop owner recommended all that wheat, oats and bran. I have avioded such foods for many months - having been literally addicted to multiple bowls of oats each day. I guess my body was and still may be festering with the yeast growths as a result.

I forgot to mention that i was and still am staking 10grams of freshly made spirulina powder in water each day, along with organic vitamins, in an effort to provide my body with the nutrition it needs.

I think i will re do the liver cleanse this week applying some of the useful changes that you and other curezone users have recommended.
