thanks for your feedback also, yes adrenals are an issue

the muscle testing people i have seen have been hit and miss. They seem to get someting really important and then they miss that I can't handle any grains...."oh, that little bit of rice flour will be fine...." and then after 2 months of not waking up sweating at 5am and not being able to fall back asleep I stop the supplement with the rice and I start sleeping better again....it wasn't detox after all.
