I found this old post when you were taking 2.5 dropperfuls:

Each drop is about 2.4mg. I've found that each dropper full is about 15 drops (36mg) 2.5 dropper fulls would be 90 mg. 3 dropper fulls would be 108 mg. 4 dropper fulls would be 144 mg.

I can only answer the math question lol

I did do as Trapper suggested with putting my bottles between 2 strong magnets & it does seem to smooth out the taste though.


so, if you are doing 6 dropperfuls= 216mg

what size Iodoral did you get?
they come in 12.5mgx90 and 12/5mgx180
and 50mgx30 and 50mg x90

how is it going with the hashi's?
