You poor thing! I am sorry that you are going through this. It sounds like you have foliculitis from what you said caused perhaps by demodex mites. I found this online

I don't know too much about it however I think the staph, MRSA, or mites could have caused it. When I read what you wrote, I thought of a skin parasite zapper (which also zaps internal parasites as well). I haven't bought one yet but if you do a search on curezone for people who have been helped/cured by zappers, there are dozens of testimonials. My husband has adult Acne at age 39 and we are going to buy one. I have heard the Ultimate Zapper or the Terminator Zapper works well. What it does is kill the underlying cause of the skin dermapathy (generalized skin eruptions). I do feel your pain about the biting/pin-prick sensations because I also had a problem with mites before and I felt biting and stinging all over. Especially when I used to work out, they would sting me all at one on my back and I thought it would never go away. Have you tried an Epsom Salt bath or putting apple cider vinegar or regular vinegar into a bath and soak? Also, apply some sulfur cream to your body afterwards. That helped alleviate symptoms. Also, disinfecting the bedding and your house works as well.

Not sure about the drugs that were prescribed. When I had the mite outbreak (derms say that you can't get mites from pets or vice versa which is complete and utter hogwash) I was prescribed permethrin cream 3 years ago for the mites but didn't use it as I was concerned about the "poisons" in it, but I'll use it now because as of 2 weeks ago, I have a Strogeloides infection (good possiblity). I'll see if the permethrin cream works. Also, for the internal stuff (probably caused by parasites) drink Colloidal Silver as parasites can't live in the presence of Colloidal Silver (like 1-3 tablespoons per day) and make sure to take a probiotic to replace good intestinal bacteria.
