While I don't have any suggestions for you (I'll leave that to the pros;) I do want to commend you for all you have done to help yourself heal. Honestly, It's quite a bit, and I know it's not an easy thing, so Major kudos to you! :)

I also wanted to apologize if my comments made above about the MH OJ fast sounded a bit harsh (i.e capital letters!) I only meant to emphasize the point I was making, but upon re-reading it, I imagine it could be taken as a bit aggressive, and that was not my intent.

Thanks so much for contributing to this forum- we're a great bunch (if I may say so myself;) and are glad to have you here.
