The very next day my symptoms went away for good. I can breathe easier than I have been able to as far back as I can remember! This makes me think this was no ordinary sinus infection, but more of a deep clearing out of what has bothered me my whole life.

I know the water only fast helped...the results were just delayed :)

Just wanted to let anyone reading this know!
