According to Dr.Kelley's flush you can use Alka Selther GOLD (no apirin) during the night if you feel nauseous. I used to have it next to my bed and would sip it, but when you are use to flushing it is just another day in your life and you don't use that stuff anymore. I just take an altoid after I drink the OO (Olive-Oil) and just let it melt in my mouth.
