I do know that the antioxidants in black cherry juice would be awesome during any cleanse. If you go into GNC stores you'll see that they carry cherry concentrate. I couldn't figure out why and I asked the clerk. She told me that people with gout can cure their gout by taking a tablespoon or two a day of the cherry extract. I have done google searches on that and found that it does indeed relieve gout symptoms.
