I fully believe oil pulling pulls toxins out of the body, as well as detoxing my mouth. I can feel it. After oil pulling, my eyes glow with a healthy shine. I feel energized. I've been sleeping better and awakening with the rising sun. More stamina during exercise. All sorts of things. I am definitely not allergic to the oils, I eat, cook with them, and use them on my skin every day. :)

Can I ask- what makes you feel oil pulling ISN'T a detox? I'm curious. It feels a very powerful detox to me.
