I see...so what you are recommending is to take milk thistle by itself during the "2 weeks off" or rest periods? What is the point of the rest periods between cleanses, and why is it ok to take milk thistle by itself during the breaks (I mean do the other herbs in the formula require a break, but not the milk thistle)?
