This happened to me on about day 5. It's like everything that is stuck up there for years comes out! (Sorry - TMI!)

Keep on - you are doing great!

I lost another 5# over the weekend :O and I'm about 2/3 to my original goal. Yay!

Can't say I'm really hungry. I did go out with friends this weekend and Saturday night at a cafe I ordered iced tea while they ate their salads and I did fine.

Let's keep going, kids! :-)
