a much greater increased risk of UTIs is due to a lack of beneficial intestinal and vaginal microflora... why would you want to make it worse with Antibiotics ?

making and consuming fermented foods and dairy is perhaps the single best thing one could do in order to help resolve and then prevent UTIs going forward.

I would NOT choose the Antibiotics ... if I chose to use CS, I would ensure I was consuming the ferments daily during its use and then for the rest of my life going forward.
