Ugh. Just had acid reflex in my sleep and woke up kind of chocking on it. Never got that before. It's a sign I really need to fast to give my stomach a break and let my body do some healing. I have fasted before but am having the hardest time getting started this time. Hopefully tomorrow I can do it.
