it does boil down to the quality of air, water, soil - terrain.

one does not have to check pH constantly when they are doing the best that they can with their available resources... they can and do learn to *feel* it.

Hanna eats as best foods that she can... which, consciously or not, vastly improves the quality of her food, including all proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and all other available nutrients... and thus in turn, improves her body's terrain, whether she realizes it or not... she is improving the alkaline mineral availability in her foods through her choice to obtain and consume high quality food.
