Ok...I'm a little confused cause I thought you said that I can take your liver/gallbladder formula for a long period of time instead of just taking a separate milk thistle product. Is it ok to continue the liver/gallbladder formula for a long period of time (2 weeks on/off) instead of milk thistle by itself?
