No - unless you need to build up your liver for along period of time. Then I would recommend the plain liver flush first - followed by the Liver/Gallbladder Cleanse - after which you can just take milk thistle.

There are natural chemicals in milk thistle that cannot be lab duplicated. It has been tried. Milk thisle is the only thing that will rebuild a liver on the cell level.
