Thanks for your advice - I see you are a regular contributor and many, many people heed your advice! the magnesium i was taking WAS the oxide version so I've quit that now - jeez, a minefield, isn't it! Do have some concerns regarding the vitex too - wondered if it may be the cause of my luteal phase suddenly lengthening? Have you ever come across this in forum experience? Not going to do anything drastic though - or go for a prescription med quick fix - It's only been 2 months after all!
