Sounds like a nasty fall... glad ur recovering so quickly... an "out of body" experience is warranted !

I have not tried the BF&C yet... but am taking "the calcium herbs" daily now... I am feeling a difference.

Minerals... minerals.. minerals.. get them in ya.. and "eat to hold them"... make you "strong like bull"...
