your evaluation of symptom causes sounds bizzare , as
kefir is a powerfull healer and countless people have cured themselves of ibs gasto hemms ect which isnt a surprise as it is a living colony of benificial bacteria
and yeast and would strenghten and not weaken veins and intestines ,healmany of the overlooked caues ,bad bacteria ,fungus ect.and allergies- through healing leaky gut, which it did for me and i drink arround 1.5 litres min per day
your post smacks of a big pharma stooge post! which flood the internet in a attempt to put people off natural health and lead them to their poisons . Apology to you if this is not the case, and best wishes to you.
