Hi Chris,

I forgot to mention my appetite. I am hungry, but I really can't be sure if it is all in my head or what. I know by the second night of my last fast I was so hungry I could barely sleep.

Today my appetite is okay. I have only drank fruit juice and two small pieces of zucchini.

After my next ten day fast is complete I will take more care in refeeding with only fruit juice for the first ten days and then move on to watery fruits.

I will also take some time during that fast to read all the wonderful links you attached.
