In my short time here (couple years), I have come across povodine iodine, but will definitely go back and check Wombat's posting.

I just read multiple postings on the benefits of "high" doses of Vit C ascorbate...so, I've been taking roughly 12-15,000 mg per day (yes, divided doses) with the hopes that it would help with my periodontal issues...but, as of right now...not so much. I am trying to avoid gum flap surgery...so if anyone else can comment on your experience, that would be great!
