Went down easily and then with the water chaser I figure it gets mixed in your gut. Everything is going great! If you get my drift...hahaha!

I do the second dose of oil in the morning. Usually when I wake up, I am dreading not only the oil again but more ES...ACK! Tomorrow, I'll be skipping into the kitchen! I cannot believe I have been doing this for over a year and I never thought of it. Thanks again, Hanna or whoever it was! :)
