Ya, there are a lot of animal studies on it. You could Google zinc-carnosine and h pylori too. I found a few things on pubmed.gov

Do you have ulcers? I know there are some anti-ulcer drugs out there too. Hopefully the zinc and carnosine will help if you take those.

I have h pylori also and my stomach is a mess. I've been through 2 Antibiotic treatments (a triple therapy and quadruple therapy) and still have it. On top of that, it has also made my eyes and mouth dry out. My GI doc says this happens in some patients. I bought Zinlori and was using that (among other things) while on the second round of Antibiotics . Are you on Antibiotic treatment right now? I hope the treatments help you!
