To hope4myadrenals: No, the ssri didn't make me feel fatigued. In fact I started to go to my college gym and play basketball for hours on end because my nervous system could finally exercise without going crazy. Also, I could listen to music and get pumped up and feel energy flowing through me, something someone with adrenal fatigue doesn't feel...... EVER :/

Naturalpath's post seems to make perfect sense. I remember when I was taking the ssri my stools were the same as they always were before, very solid - which means my digestion is working well.

When I came off the ssri and my symptoms returned (from undoubtly the stressful lifestyle that I did not change, as well as the worst diet in the world - ice cream junkie, fast food, soda pop, chocolate) and my stool went from solid to being very soft EVERY TIME I had a bowel movement.

I actually just noticed the last few days my stool has been harder than usual for this last year. Maybe the Lam system is actually starting to work. I do have a ton of energy today.
