When I just started to fight AF using Dr.Wilson's protocol. I had similar symptoms: heart palpitation, shaky, energetic, etc. from Super Adrenal Stress formula.
I started to take different less powerful vit B complex. for 2 months and then started again with the Stress Formula. one pill a day with other B complex i was taking. This did not cause symptoms. Later i was able to take 3 Stress Formula pills a day.

May be you should try using your generic Vit C and B-5 longer to build a reserve necessary for more Quantum and LipoNanoC.

LipoNanoC could cause stomach problem bloating, diarrhea. A colleague of mine is using Liposomal C from LetsTalkHealth.com and he said he does not have this problem. My order has not arrived yet; cannot confirm.
