I've been speaking to Doreen. I kid you not, I was quoted $800 for Dr Lam.....

I certainly am a 3C'r, with a tasty list of symptoms

- Hypoglycemia
- Insomnia
- Exhaustion
- Neck ache
- Post nasal drip
- Weight loss
- Constipation
- Abdominal ache/distention
- Gas/bloating
- Liver/gallbladder ache
- Hyperpigmentation
- Shallow breathing
- Tight throat
- Brain fog
- Light sensitivity
- food sensitivities - Nuts, dairy, gluten, yeast, fruit (due to cravings and blood sugars), root veg, nightshades, onions, spices
- Itchy ears

Too much unfortunately overlaps - No energy to get the bowels moving, to take the strain off the liver, to ensure reasonable detoxification/elimination, to improve clearence of nutrients, to then boost the adrenals, to then deal with Candida, which could be the cause of the constipation in the first place!
