I'm still on week 2 of my Bowel cleanse, I'm a 22 year old Male, with no prior bowel problems. I've already passed what looks like some plaque, some of it palm sized snotty looking, and some of it like the "rope" only a few inches at a time. I will continue this for 2 more weeks, at which i want to do the liver flush.

Is it vital that the Liver Flush be proceeded with a colonic, to rid the intestines of the toxic substances the stones leave behind? Is there any way around this? And do you think at my age I could benefit from this?
