I do like her a lot, and the situation with the father is she fell pregnant after dating him for only 6 weeks. He stood by her for a short time when she found out he got another girl pregnant as well. Rather seedy, I know.

He then stopped seeing his child and refused to pay his way with his child so she barred him from seeing the baby as he couldn't be asked to visit or support her.

Why I haven't left her is a good question. If I am completely honest, we have a great sex life, she is highly sexed. Very shallow reason I know. I'm divorced for almost 3 years now and haven't really gotten onto the dating scene properly as I didn't want to get hurt again. She is the first person I care about for a long time.

I also think all these negative things are products of her mental health. Deep down she is a decent girl, even though she has made many many mistakes in her life. As an update, I have given her an ultimatum to see her doctor or I walk. She reckons her reason for not getting help is she is afraid her baby will be taken away from her. Still the ultimatum stands.
