I finally felt the 'urge' but I don't think anything but food waste came out. Nothing solid, that I could tell.

I'm scheduled to take a dose of Epsom Salts at midnight. Then, I think I'll go to bed.

I'm a bit discouraged...and a little queasy, but not dizzy. No other ill effects so far. I guess that is good.
