Astragalus is indeed a th1 stimulant. The mushrooms were Maitake, Reishi or Shiitake?

I haven't tried myself stimulating one of the other side (th1 or th2) so I couldn't tell you if it's a regular die-off reaction or because the th1 got stimulated. Either way, you apparantly felt something different.
