I feel so awesome finishing my first day in about an hour. I pushed myself when i went to a resturant with my bf family and did not eat lol...so crazy...i showed myself that i do want this and i want those results that bad...the hunger today actually was not bad its more of a will power than being hungry and getting out the routine of picking food up automatically like a robot...i gotta have it....instead disiplinig myself towards i do not have to have it.... Hope my 2nd day goes as good as this one....hope everyone is still going with their fasting journeys... :) p.s the journel has helped TONS & BUNCHES!!
