Small doses of Epsom Salt puts back magnesium. Try and find a commercial product called EmergenC, it is easy to use and wonderful for electrolyte replacement. If you can't find that, or want to make your own replacement then mix about 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice and 1/4 tsp of Sea Salt into a quart of water. Add some sort of natural sweetener, Maple syrup, cane juice or even sugar. Drink this throughout the day. The lemons provide potassium, the salt sodium and the sweetener in the drink makes it easy to absorb. This will really help. Be sure and drink plenty of fluids, but not all at once. Too much water at once can actually flush out vital minerals. I've been dizzy many times after flushing, but never for three days, it would usually just last about 24 hours. Try and avoid driving, bending, and lifting, rehydrate your body and get the important minerals for blood balance-potassium, sodium and magnesium. I can't think of any other reason for the dizziness unless you have had an unusual amount of mucus based toxins dumped into your bloodstream.
