I have been practicing UT for 10 days now, having decided to go cold turkey and drink nearly all I produce until around 4-5 in the afternoon. The morning stuff is darker and tastes bad but by mid-afternoon it is almost like water.
I am feeling better in various ways but can't say I'm cured of anything specific just yet.
I have noticed, however, that by the afternoon I am feeling a lot of activity in the pineal gland area between my eyebrows. I find this interesting because my healing searches have taken me through raw food vegetarianism (to which I subscribe mainly with a few variations like occasional bread and fish and the odd meal out with friends or holidays)...
...so to go on, when I tried sungazing (got up to about 25 minutes because a drastic event in my life distracted me) I used to feel a lot of activity in this pineal gland area which some beliefs consider the "third eye" or the place of divine wisdom.
I am just curious if anyone else has experienced this. In my research on UT (and I've read hundreds of pages on the internet now - this is no lark as I'm sure anyone considering drinking their own water would agree) there don't seem to be many people who actually post on websites that they are practicing UT.
In any cleansing routine, however, many practitioners regard an opening up of the pineal gland area as a sign that the body is indeed becoming more purified.
I'll post more when I have additional results. My plan is to go through with this daily UT practice for one year and since I am fortunate enough to be married to someone who pays the bills and allows me a great deal of latitude in my activities, and my children are grown, I plan to rest, read, study, and stay quiet at least until the end of this year.
So long for now....
