Person by person Molly, I am spreading the word of the benefit of saturated fats and the benefit to the human frame.

It builds our entire endocrine system. One must take a close hard look at the infertility, acne, PCOS, sluggish thyroids, gall disease, diver disease....I could go on and on.

The amount of clients I currently have with IBS is just astounding. I'm not a practitioner, rather a weight loss coach and nutrition educator but I must wonder how many of these clients actually have gut damage from soy as two are former vegetarians. Kaayla Daniel treats so many for this very purpose.
