Hi,
I heard that it is not recommended to mix any more than 5 or 6 herbs and take at the same time. Are all 25 herbs in Humaworm formula really safe to mix together?
Also - is there a way to make sure all 25 herbs are present in each capsule..?

Thank you for bearing with my scepticism.
