Just like I did when I discovered Curezone, I read and read and read.....

We are in the middle of having our US Food Pyramid revised, and they are actually LOWERING the amount of dietary fats on the pyramid....

It's unbelievable. With all the scientific evidence staring them in the face. With a country teetering on epidemic diseases of sugar, heart, liver etc.

I sort of hate to say this, but I wonder how many people at Curezone are ill from lack of good fats and proteins in their diet? This conclusion after much reading, Gary Taubes at the top of the list.

People fiercely hang on to their dietary habits if they feel it serves them well. Eating for some, is like a religion, and those of us that consume animal products are morally bankrupt.
