hi everyone, i'm new to this so please bear with me

i've been doing some research on the benefits of increasing my omega-3 intake in my diet - mostly from what i see there are a lot of advantages

i guess my biggest question is - how do i know what kind of fish oil supplements to take? there seem to be so many out there - is there a price i should look to pay? are there benefits between capsules versus liquid?

i live in canada and when i asked a question in a different forum i got sent to this site - has anyone ever tried the product? or can anyone vouch for how good it is? i'm skeptical about how good a fish oil liquid might taste
